If you trust IMDb ratings so much in choosing what to watch, it can be a headache moving back and forth between Netflix and the IMDb website to check out ratings for Netflix titles you want to watch.
But I found a nifty way to bring IMDb right into Netflix……..so you can see the ratings as you scroll through Netflix!
This only works on Google Chrome on your computer unfortunately. So launch your Chrome browser and find this Extension called Trim. It’s free to install and use.
When installed, Go to Netflix.com or refresh the page if you had already opened it.
Now when you scroll through Netflix, you’ll see these yellow stamps in the top right corner of the Netflix thumbnails. And they have their IMDb ratings on them.
Every title that has a rating on IMDb will have these yellow rating stamp on it. For a good measure, you also get rotten tomato ratings.
You can also click on the stamps and they should take you straight to IMDb if you wish to.
