If you lock yourself out of your Instagram account because you forgot your password, or maybe you’ve been signed in on the app for too long that you forgot your password, then you can easily reset it using the information in your account like username, email address or phone number …….just something for Instagram to verify it’s you trying to reset the password.
Pro Tip: If you’re signed in, and you can’t remember the Email address you use for Instagram, go to your profile page…………..tap on Edit profile. You should see all the information you’ll need to reset.
